Macclesfield Pilates and Yoga studio based in the heart of Macclesfield. With a range of classes on the timetable there is a time and class to suit everybody. Classes are limited to a maximum of 11 people so everyone is given the hands on attention they deserve.

A skill that she has been applying to her clients for 20 years. With her experience as a highly sought after Pilates instructor and sports injury specialist she can help you reduce back pain, eliminate reoccurring injuries & improve posture.
