Variety Fitness is a dedicated Pilates and Yoga studio in the heart of Macclesfield. With a range of classes on the timetable there is a time and class to suit everybody. Classes are limited to a maximum of 11 people so everyone is given the hands on attention they deserve.

Sarah has worked in the health and fitness industry since graduating with a Sports Therapy BSc honours degree in 2003. With a passion for exercise Sarah taught a variety of group exercise classes before specialising in Pilates over 10 years ago. Sarah’s combined knowledge and experience produces great results which makes her a highly sought after Pilates teacher.
David has a background in health and wellbeing since 2000 when he complete his degree to become a Sports Therapist. Since then his journey has taken him to explore the many areas of ‘fitness’ and how people use different means to maintain a healthy lifestyle. David draws on his expanse of knowledge to help him deliver a variety of classes and one-to-one sessions that help each person achieve their goals.
