What is Yoga

Yoga is a combination of postures/ poses known as asanas and breathing techniques (pranayama) to take control of your body and mind. Yoga has many different forms including hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, all help improve posture, flexibility, mobility and muscular strength and endurance.

Yoga also involves mindfulness and meditation bringing great benefits to mental health and wellbeing.
