We are Sarah and David Booth, collectively known as Variety Fitness.
Sarah predominately teaches all the Pilates classes at the studio and can help you significantly reduce your Back pain. Through years of experience Sarah has helped so many people become pain free, stronger and more mobile, she can help you too.
David predominately teaches all the Yoga classes at the studio and his signature class Yoga for Office Workers can help you improve your posture and get rid of all your aches and pains from sitting at a desk all day. This class can also help release your tension headaches and alleviate your work related stress.
Both of us are runners, although one is quicker than the other on account of his legs being twice as long as mine! We run anything from 5k to Marathons on roads, tails and fells. We use our experience of running alongside our degree in Sports Therapy to keep runners injury free with Pilates, Yoga and Sports Therapy. We can also help you become a better runner by improving your stride length, cadence, and your running efficiency to help you achieve your personal bests.
We met at University almost 20 years ago (yes, we are that old!) and have the most gorgeous Chocolate Labrador who also loves running too.
