Both Sarah and David are experienced runners of all distances and can help you to improve your running technique and form, help reduce your occurrence of injuries and help make you a faster runner by tailoring a specific Pilates or Yoga (or both) programme with your goals in mind.

David is also a road cyclist and mountain biker, using his experience he can help you feel at one with the bike, reduce cycling related overuse injuries and make you a more powerful efficient cyclist.
