In this practical 90 minute workshop learn how to use therabands, Pilates Rings and balls. Bands will show you how to add more resistance to moves to help increase the strength of a muscle.

The balls, measuring just 7 inches in diameter challenge your balance and coordination and the rings can resist or assist you through a wide range of Pilates moves helping you develop a stronger foundation upon which to move. You will receive a full worksheet breakdown of exercises for you to take away as well as a theraband.
