2 hour workshop designed for runners by runners to help prevent injuries, improve stride efficiency and running technique.

1 Hour of Pilates taking you through the specific moves that runners need to reduce muscle imbalances that cause injuries and improve muscle recruitment to make you a better runner.

1 Hour of Yoga postures (no chanting here) to stretch and release the muscles used in running to help prevent injuries.
